Tan was very patient and explained the reason why we need to do certain steps/ method preparing food. He was flexible using alternative ingredients, too. My son (14) has very short attention span, but he enjoyed learning new skills from the trained chef, spending quite a long time completed starter, main course and dessert in 1day. His recipes are realistic ones, using ingredients easily available from the ordinary supermarkets, but a bit of magic that has upgraded the dishes to the next level.
